3D scanning
We have a professional 3D laser scanner to digitise existing objects with a high accuracy.
Our 3D scans are used to create blow-ups of existing products, duplicate or scale art work for artists, create custom packaging of complex parts,…
3D Milling
To shape your projects, we use a specially developed CNC 3D milling robot. Our robot is able to mill different types of foams (EPS, PU,…) as well as wood with a precision of under 1 mm.
Depending on the needed finish, different milling strategies can be used. From rough over fine to ultra detailed.
3D printing
Our 3D printer is used to create details for our milled foam models or to create smaller functional parts and prototypes.
Different types and colours of plastic can be used to create parts of maximal 200 x 200 x 200 mm.
2.5D cutting
Basic forms can be created using our hot-wire cutting line. This is interesting to create higher volumes at lower costs.
For instance, typical applications are the packaging industry, branding of text/logo’s, concrete casting moulds, insulation, construction , geo-forming…
Coating
To protect and embellish our models, different coatings and materials can be used.
Above all, we build rock solid models protected with a bullet proof Polyurea coating or just paint your models in a specific color or design.
